    I wish to attend Live Webinars in the Science of HBV Cure Meeting organized by Singapore Hepatology Conference (“SHC”) and consent to SHC sharing my personal data with the SHC Secretariat, the meeting registration system, Website developers and Webinar hosting platform as required to facilitate my attendance at this meeting. I also consent to my personal data being retained indefinitely for purposes of future meetings, educational opportunities and industry related communications organised by SHC. Please note - if you do not give consent, your registration will be withdrawn from the meeting.

    • Regular Scientists and Researchers – Scientists and researchers working for a non-profit organization such as a hospital, university, lab or research facility.
    • Young Scientist – A Young Scientist is a scientist/researcher with only 5-6 years post doctorate experience. He/she is not working independently and is not the “Principal Investigator” on grants.
    • Industry/Pharma Executives and Scientists – Industry/Pharma Executives and Scientists are those who work in for-profit businesses including biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies and companies which offer services and products to academic and research companies and institutions.
    • Clinician – Doctors and Allied Healthcare Professionals working in healthcare whether in a non profit or for profit hospital or clinic.
